Refined and crystallized sucrose with sound and fair marketing quality that meets the highest sugar
standards. Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is ensured, according to the BRC
food safety standards system. This product is derived from sugarcane, a refined sugar primarily
consisting of sucrose.
The product is produced by a raw cane sugar refinery and undergoes the following steps: dissolving
raw sugar (melting), clarification, filtration through a multimedia filter, decolorization through GAC,
final fine filtration, recrystallization, crystallization separation, drying, and packaging.
100% granulated sugar primarily composed of sucrose with very low levels of reducing sugars and
impurities, complying with the standard quality of white sugar as stipulated in Commission Regulation (EC) No. 318/2006.
